I stayed for one night for a quick getaway, and it was perfect! The location is fantastic, right across from the main shopping streets and close to the castle. Our room had an amazing view, and the bed was super comfy. The highlight was the fantastic breakfast choices, and having a Nespresso machine in the room added a nice touch. The efficient check-in and friendly staff made the experience seamless.
I can recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere, fluffy towels, convenience to the castle and shopping.
Limited breakfast hours. Expensive drinks in room.

Excellent location, very close from Kumamoto Castle and shopping arcades. Large room. Very serviceable staff. Bus stop to Mount Aso (up to the volcano rope car) in front of the hotel.
As in every Japanese hotel, check-in at 2:00 PM only, not negociable but not very convenient for travellers. Breafast buffet crowded and not very good.

The room itself was new-fashioned, huge with a spacious bathroom and had the things we needed. Essentials that you need, such as a mini-bar, climate control, and an individual safe, were there. Location: the hotel was near shops and restaurants near by.

A sweet stay with a view
I loved the cozy atmosphere and the fine views of Kumamoto Castle. Proximity to cultural sites and the shopping area was a big plus!
The room felt a bit tight for three people and the breakfast could have had more variety. The early dining hours limited our late-night food options.

The room was cramped and adjusting the air conditioning was a nightmare, it was sweltering! The breakfast buffet could've had more options, too. Frankly, I expected better treatment. A complimentary drink or a room upgrade would have been nice, but alas, just another mediocre experience I could almost forgive, but just couldn't.

I had a fantastic stay over New Year! The location is unbeatable, right across from major shopping areas and just a short walk to the iconic castle. My room on the 27th floor offered fine views of the mountains. The staff were super friendly and accommodating; a special shoutout to the concierge for helping me organize a day trip to a nearby onsen. Plus, the bakery within the hotel had the most delicious pastries!
I did find the pillows a bit too flat for my liking, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. parking wasn't included with my stay, which was a slight inconvenience. it was a lovely experience despite these minor issues!

I got great value for my money with a spacious and comfortable room that had a beautiful view of the castle. The location was super convenient, right across from shopping and the staff were really good, especially Ms. Yamada, who was helpful.
The breakfast experience could use a wider variety of options.
